This change happened for the first time
There is a new change in UPSC Civil Services Examination. From this time there will be face authentication of the candidates at the examination centre. To ensure a safe and smooth examination process, all candidates will have to undergo mandatory face authentication at the examination centre. Candidates have been advised to reach the examination center well in time for face authentication/identity verification and frisking.
UPSC aspirants should keep these things in mind while filling the form.
- After the AI Face Authentication system is implemented, the candidate will have to upload the latest photograph while filling the form.
- If the photo of the form is old and blurry, it may cause problems while entering the exam center.
- You will have to reach the exam center at least an hour before. So that the initial process can be easily completed in time.
- Necessary documents like admit card and photo ID proof will also have to be carried.
- Candidates are advised to trust only the official website and social media accounts of the Commission for any information related to AI Face Authentication.
What will happen with UPSC AI Face Authentication?
AI face authentication system is being introduced in government recruitment exams like UPSC to identify fake candidates. This will 100% help in preventing incidents like fraud in examinations and dummy candidates (candidates appearing in the exam in place of others). This new AI system is considered to be faster and more reliable than manual checking.
