Deputy Chief Minister of the state Harsh Sanghvi today approved various important proposals for the overall development of tourism and pilgrimages in the state. Gujarat is a wonderful confluence of nature, culture and faith. Development of tourism industry and pilgrimages has been the priority of the government in the development model of the state. Various tourism projects and development works of faith centers have been given administrative approval today to provide the best facilities to tourists and devotees.
Big success to Dwarka SOG, Rs. A quantity of prohibited drug worth more than 80 lakhs was seized
Dwarka SOG has been a huge success in Devbhoomi Dwarka district. A huge racket of sending banned drugs abroad has been busted. A total quantity of 9 lakh 50 thousand 490 banned capsules has been seized during this operation conducted by Dwarka SOG. The estimated value of the seized quantity has been revealed to be more than 80 lakh 77 thousand rupees. The investigation revealed that preparations were being made to send the quantity of drugs abroad without a Ship to Drugs license. Also, there was an attempt to illegally export medicine without an import-export license.
