Government of India Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) will sell up to five percent stake through offer for sale (OFS). The minimum price for this has been fixed at Rs 254 per share. The issue will open for non-retail investors on Wednesday. Retail investors will be able to bid on Thursday. If the issue is fully subscribed, the government will get Rs 4,422 crore from the sale of 17.41 crore shares i.e. five per cent stake.
