Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has released the revised schedule of class 9 and class 11 annual examinations. Following the changes made by the Directorate of Secondary Education, the exam time table of both these classes has been changed so that the academic session of 2026-27 can start on time.
9th-11th examinations from 7th March, result on 25th March
According to the new timetable, RBSE Class 9 and 11 exams will be held from March 7 to March 19. Earlier, according to the schedule released by the board, the examinations of class 9th and 11th were to start from March 10, which would continue till March 25. Now the board can declare the results of both the examinations on March 25.
Rajasthan Board 12th exam time changed
Recently, Rajasthan Board had changed the timing of the examination of two papers of class 12th. The examinations to be held on February 17 and February 24 will not be held in the morning shift but in the afternoon. Instead of 8:30 am to 11:45 am, 12th Computer Science Informatics practice exam will now be held from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Whereas the 12th Painting exam will be held on February 24 from 2 pm to 5:15 pm instead of 8:30 am to 11:45 am. This decision has been taken due to the large number of students.
Big changes in Rajasthan Board 5th and 8th exams also
The state’s Elementary Education Department has also changed the exam dates for Class 5 and Class 8 students. Class 5 exams will be held between February 20 and March 6, with the Maths paper being held on March 6 from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. Class 8 exams will be held from 19 February to 4 March. With the changed schedule, the board has ended the automatic promotion policy for classes 5 and 8. Now students will have to score minimum marks to get promoted to the next class. Those who do not get passing marks will not be promoted.
Rajasthan Board Exam Admit Card
Students preparing for board exams are now eagerly waiting for their admit cards. Rajasthan Board is going to release the admit cards of all board exams soon on its official website. Once the admit cards are uploaded on the official website, only school heads or principals will be able to download them through school login ID. Students will receive admit cards from the school after the seal of the school and signature of the principal. Students are advised to rely only on the official website for latest information.
