Jagran correspondent, Badaun. Shameful…! For one thousand rupees the young man handed over his wife to two criminals. The woman, unaware of this deal and conspiracy, sat on the bike with both the accused at the behest of her husband. On the way, she was dragged into the forest and raped.

When she started making noise to escape, the accused ran away. Reaching Faizganj Behta police station on Sunday, she lodged an FIR of gang rape against the accused Pappu, Balkishan and her husband. When the woman’s husband became blind due to money, the blind brother-in-law became the support to get her justice. The woman had reached the police station with him.

The victim told that on Friday afternoon she had left the house with her husband to get the papers for LPG connection made. Pappu resident of Allahpur Khurd village and Balkishan of Takhora village were found at Sureni Papdi Tiraha of Faizganj Behta area. The husband went a few steps away to talk to both of them.

All three returned after 10 minutes. After this the husband said that it would take time to prepare the gas connection papers, hence he stayed there. Pappu and Balkishan will drop them to the village on their bike. On the insistence of her husband, she sat on the bike with both of them. At one o’clock in the afternoon, when there was a forest near Balkanpur on the way, Pappu stopped the bike and asked to get down.

Before she could understand anything, Pappu and Balkishan dragged her into the forest. There both of them raped her. On protesting, the accused asked to give one thousand rupees to the husband and started strangulating her when she made noise. Despite this, she kept struggling to escape, then the accused ran away. After reaching home from there, she expressed her displeasure to her husband and he said that he will earn money in this way.

The blind brother-in-law objected to his attitude. The husband ran away when there was a dispute in the house. By then it was night, so the blind brother-in-law was unable to go to the police station. Even on Saturday, some family members kept pressurizing him not to go to the police station. Despite this, on Sunday, in the hope of justice, he reached Faizganj Behta police station and informed the police about the incident.

Faizganj Behta police station in-charge Rajkumar Singh said that the woman was married 10 years ago. On the basis of her allegations, an FIR was registered against her husband, Pappu and Balkishan under the sections of gang rape and conspiracy. The three accused are being searched.
