Jagran correspondent, Rampur. Once again the administration’s bulldozer moved against illegal plotting in the district. Taking action against illegal plating being done in Shahzadnagar area, the Revenue Department team demolished it.

The area of ​​agricultural land Gata No. 198 located in Tehsil Sadar near Shahzadnagar police station is 0.06300. It is alleged that the tenants of the land and some land plotting agents had filed a case under 80 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code under 80 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code in the Sub District Magistrate Sadar Court to get the land declared attractive for plotting on that land. This suit was dismissed on November 3, 2021.

Without declaring this land, illegal construction was done by platting it. In this regard, Imran Khan, resident of Hussaini Sarai of Civil Lines, had given an application to the District Magistrate and complained. It was said in the complaint that even at present illegal plating is being done there.

Taking his complaint seriously, the District Magistrate got the Tehsil administration investigated. After investigation found the complaint to be true, the Tehsil administration team reached Shahzadnagar on Monday and demolished the illegal plotting with a bulldozer for not showing the related construction records on the spot. Due to this there was an uproar and a crowd gathered. Police force of Shahzadnagar police station was deployed to control the crowd.
