Rajkot: The mutilated body of a young man wearing female ornaments on his hands and feet was found in a deserted open space next to the railway track near Muscat Gate near Shapar-Veraval. The police were also shocked when the body which initially appeared to be that of a woman was revealed to be that of a man during the post-mortem.

As the incident seems very mysterious and suspicious, the police have started a thorough investigation. A gay gang is suspected to have played a murderous game with a blunt object for having a homosexual relationship with a young man dressed as a woman. The police are searching for the guardian of the deceased youth and have extended the line of investigation to find out the cause of death of the youth.

According to the details known from the police about this incident, PSI of Shapar Police Station received the information that a dead body of a woman was lying near Muscat Gate in Shapar. The staff including Jethwa and writer Pratipal Singh immediately rushed to the spot.

When the police investigated, the dead body was believed to be that of a woman as she had long hair on her head and was wearing bangles on her hands and chains on her feet. As the body was completely mutilated, the police initially assumed it to be that of a woman. As the condition of the body was extremely bad and identification was difficult, the police shifted the body to Rajkot Civil Hospital for forensic PM to sort out the differences.

In the post-mortem room, the body of a man, not a woman, was removed from the body

When the body was stripped and medically examined in the post-mortem room of the Civil Hospital, the body was revealed to be that of a youth and the deceased youth was found to be around 30 to 35 years of age. Currently Shapar police have registered a case of accidental death in this matter and are taking further action.

According to the police, the true explanation of the circumstances and reasons of the youth’s death will be revealed only after the forensic PM report. At present, efforts have been started to verify the missing note and CCTV footage of the surrounding areas to identify the deceased. Not only that, the police have conducted a search for his guardian heirs to get the identity of the deceased youth.

Suspicions are being raised that the gay gang has played a murderous game on the issue of having a homosexual relationship with a young man with female ornaments on his hands and feet and long hair. The police has extended the investigation to find out the reason behind the death of the youth after conducting a search for the guardian heirs of the youth.
