Pakistan will give example of 2018 dispute
To avoid ICC fine and ban, Pakistan can give the example of 8 years old issue to ICC. According to Pakistani media, in 2018, PCB bcci Was accused of breaking the agreement. There were to be 6 bilateral series between India and Pakistan between 2014 and 2023. In this, two series were to be held in Pakistan but the Indian team did not tour. The PCB had demanded $63 million from the BCCI in compensation for the loss but the demand was rejected by the ICC. A source close to the 2018 proceedings said, ‘During the hearing, the PCB asked the BCCI to explain the reason for refusing to tour Pakistan. Initially BCCI said that it is not bound to give reasons. Later he claimed that the Indian government had not given permission for the tour.
Pakistan can go to International Court of Arbitration
Pakistan can now give an example of this matter in ICC. If ICC decides to take action against him for not playing the match against India then he can take up the matter. The report says that if ICC still decides to take action against Pakistan, then it can go to the International Court of Arbitration regarding this matter.
