Gujarat PM Shri Schools Teacher Recruitment: An important decision has been taken by the state government to increase the speed of art skill activities among the students of 426 PMshree schools in the state of Gujarat. Recruitment of temporary teachers will be conducted for a maximum of 100 days for three subjects namely Art, Music and Sports in 426 PM Shri schools of Gujarat. Eligible candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.864 per day from the state government directly into their bank account.
Recruitment of teachers based on merit
Candidates have to apply on individual basis for recruitment. Also, no agency or organization will be considered valid. For the recruitment of contractual teachers, the school management committee will advertise in public places or on social media, and candidates will have to apply within seven days. Applications of temporary teachers will be selected on the basis of merit.
The salary will be credited to the teacher’s account
Appointed teachers have to provide training as per the schedule of the principal. Also SMC will review the performance of temporary teachers every month, if SMC finds the performance of teachers not satisfactory, their order may be cancelled. Discussions have started about whether the resolution made by the education department will be properly implemented or not.
Each school by the State Government Rs. 84,400 has been sanctioned as a grant. According to the attendance of temporary teachers per day Rs. 864 salary will be transferred by PFMS to their bank account itself. Talking about the qualification of teachers.
Art Teacher: Bachelor of Fine Arts, Diploma or ATD
Sports Teacher: Yoga Bachelor Degree, CPEd, BPEd, DPEd
Music Teacher: Sangeet Visharad or B.Mus
