Microsoft AI head Mustafa Suleman believes that Artificial Intelligence will soon reach a level where it will be able to take complex decisions like humans. In an interview, he clearly said that not only coders, but people who work on computers like lawyers, accountants, project managers and marketing professionals can also come under the influence of AI automation.

Major changes expected in 12–18 months

Suleman believes that big changes can be seen in the workplace in the coming 12 to 18 months. He said, “AI can completely automate most of the work of people who work sitting in front of a computer.” This statement has come at a time when many companies are rapidly moving towards adopting AI.

Company making professional-grade AGI

Suleman revealed that Microsoft is now developing professional-grade Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). This will be such an advanced AI model that will have the ability to perform almost every task in detail like a professional human being. According to Suleman, whoever works in front of the screen, his work is on the verge of being completely automated in the coming time.

Cowork had created chaos

Recently, Anthropic’s Cloud Cowork model created a stir in the stock market. The company had launched some enterprise plugins in AI tools, which could automate many services provided to IT companies. After this announcement, a big fall was recorded in the stock markets of India and America. In India, shares of five big IT companies including TCS and Infosys had fallen by 5-7%. Due to which the market suffered a loss of more than Rs 1 lakh crore in a day.

As technology advances, creating AI models will become as simple as writing a blog or recording a podcast. Suleman believes that in the future every organization and individual will be able to create their own personal AI as per their needs. In the next two to three years, AI agents will become so efficient that they will be able to handle complex workflows of large institutions without any human intervention.
