We all face the same problem during the wedding season, seeing so many stalls and not knowing where to start? Eat paneer tikka or go straight for chaat? And often in the end we feel so heavy that we cannot enjoy the main course. To solve this small problem, a Bengaluru engineer has prepared a unique AI tool, which will tell you what and how much to eat?
BuffetGPT: What is this magical tool?
Software engineer Pankaj has created an AI system that scans the wedding dinner menu and tells you what, how much and in what order you should eat. With this, a person can taste more and more dishes, that too without making the stomach heavy. Whose name is BuffetGPT. This tool is specially designed for serving buffets at weddings and big functions.

How does BuffetGPT do it?
Scanning: This tool scans the entire buffet counter using Computer Vision (camera technology).
Identification: It recognizes every dish (like gulab jamun, pasta, kebab).
Customized Diet Plan: After this it uses Stomach Volume Physics. That is, it calculates how much space you have in your stomach and how heavy a dish is.
After this, it gives you a list of what to eat first and what to leave, so that you can taste as many dishes as possible before getting bloated.
Has it been used?
BuffettGPT is still in its early stages. Pankaj had tested this AI tool in his friend’s wedding. According to Pankaj, the tool helped people plan their meals properly and enjoy more dishes. Pankaj has also shared a post on social media platform X regarding this project.
