Ingredients for making spicy breakfast

  • 3 potatoes
  • one cup wheat flour
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli powder
  • Spice
  • garam masala
  • green coriander
  • nigella seeds
  • turmeric and oil

First of all, boil 3 potatoes in the cooker. If the number of potatoes is less, then if you want, you can try the waterless method of boiling potatoes, so that the potatoes boil properly and there is no water in them. After boiling the potatoes, peel them and mash them well.

Spicy taste will come from spices

Now add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and garam masala powder as spices to these mashed potatoes. Also add chopped onion, green chilli and chopped coriander leaves and mix well, this way the potato mixture will be ready.

You have to prepare round tikkis from the potato mixture. So apply oil or water on your hands, by doing this the potato mixture will not stick to your hands. Now take one cup of wheat flour. Add nigella seeds, salt and turmeric in it. Add some chopped coriander and mix well. Now prepare a lump-free batter by adding water little by little. Keep the consistency medium, not too thick or thin.
