What mistake should student-workers not make?

Therefore, no worker can neither work nor live in Canada after the validity date of his passport expires. The length of time a worker will be allowed to work in the country depends on the following factors:

  • Working hours as reported in the Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) (if you are applying under the TFWP)
