Why are jobs at risk?
The threat behind the 21 types of jobs which are likely to disappear is being attributed to Artificial Intelligence (AI). As companies shift to AI and increase their investments, legacy jobs are disappearing and new job roles are emerging. In such a situation, the only way out is to master new skills.
According to a report, 85% of the employers are preparing to upskill their workforce, 70% are talking about hiring new skilled people, while 40% of the employers are ready to lay off the employees as the old skills are no longer required and 50% are planning to merge the growing positions while reducing the number of employees.
