Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has recorded tremendous results in the third quarter (October-December) of FY 2026. The company’s net profit increased almost 90 times on annual basis to Rs 5,627 crore.
According to exchange filings, AEL’s consolidated EBITDA in the first nine months of the current financial year 2025-26 stood at Rs 11,985 crore, while total revenue during the period was recorded at Rs 69,756 crore.
Talking about operational achievements, AEL commenced operations of Navi Mumbai Greenfield Airport in less than five years of acquisition, further strengthening the company’s track record of timely execution and fast project delivery. During the quarter the company also completed two HAM Road projects and inaugurated the new integrated terminal building of Guwahati Airport. All these projects were completed within the stipulated time frame.
Company Chairman Gautam Adani said that AEL’s performance in the first nine months of FY 2026 has been remarkable on the back of strong strategy and operational excellence. He said the results reflect the strength of the group’s diverse infrastructure projects and strong business model.
