special path – These vehicles will not run on common roads, rather separate thin tracks (glideways) have been made for them. They will walk on separate paths made for themselves. With this they will never get stuck in traffic.

These cars are completely electric and run without a driver. Talking about passenger capacity, 1 to 6 passengers can travel comfortably in a car. It will be like your personal ride, in which you will not have to travel with any stranger. These trains run at a speed of 50 kilometers per hour.

For security, these cars have sensors faster than the brain. These cars are extremely safe even when running without a driver.​
Sensor mesh – Each vehicle is equipped with 20 high-resolution LiDAR sensors, radar and HD cameras.

Precise driving – These sensors detect any obstruction on the way and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles.

The company claims that this system is much cheaper than traditional metro or train. Building it is 90% cheaper than traditional rail or metro networks. Its operation cost is also low. Its running cost is also 30% less than other modern machines. When fully operational, this system can transport 10,000 people to their destination in an hour.

Company founder Mark Seeger says that very few cities in the world can afford a system as expensive as the metro. The aim of Glideways is to provide affordable transport in those areas where people are still yearning for good bus or train service. This will make it easier for people to get jobs, studies and go to hospital. It is currently being tested in Atlanta on a short track of about 800 meters (0.5 miles). The data obtained from this trial will be used to expand this network in big cities. If this is successful, then in the coming time we may see networks of small and smart cars in cities.
