1. How will the new Punch EV look from outside?
Its look will be quite similar to the recently launched Petrol Punch facelift.
Front Look – The new Punch EV will get newly designed LED headlights (DRLs) and a stronger looking bumper than before.
Side Profile – New aero-optimized alloy wheels can be seen in the side profile, which helps in improving the range by reducing air pressure.
tail feather – New LED light bar and changed bumper can be found at the rear. Some new color options will also be added.
2. What will be special in the cabin and features?
The internal layout will remain the same, but there may be a big improvement in technology. The cabin of the new Punch EV can get a large 12.3-inch touchscreen like the Nexon EV, which will be smoother to operate. Apart from this, features like 360-degree camera, ventilated seats, wireless charging, digital driver display and sunroof will continue to be available in the car as before.
3. What will change in battery and range?
No changes are expected in battery and power. Like before, two options will be available in this.
Small Battery Pack (25kWh) – Once fully charged, it can run for approximately 265 kilometers.
Large Battery Pack (35kWh) – Its range is claimed to be approximately 365 kilometers. In terms of speed also, it will remain as agile as before.
4. When will it be launched and what will be the price?
The new Tata Punch EV facelift will be unveiled on 20 February 2026. Its probable ex-showroom price could be Rs 20 to 30 thousand more than the current model (Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 14.44 lakh). This car will compete with other vehicles in its segment in the market. Its direct competition will continue with cars like Citroen eC3.
