All sales records broken
Hyundai sold a total of 71,173 vehicles in January 2026. The company saw a tremendous increase of 11.5% in sales as compared to last year. This is the biggest figure in the history of the company. Talking about sales in India, the company sold 59,107 units in the country, which is 9.5% more than last year. There has also been a jump of 20.9% in the exports of cars from India to other countries.

Some special cars of Hyundai have recorded their best sales this month.
Hyundai Venue and Aura – Both these cars recorded their highest sales ever. 12,413 units of Venue and 7,978 units of Aura were sold.
Hyundai Creta- It still remains the company’s best-selling car. Due to its great features and powerful engine, it remains number-1 in the mid-size SUV segment. Apart from this, Exeter, i20 and Grand i10 Nios were also in great demand in the market.

Hyundai is preparing to launch many new vehicles this year and next year.This year (2026) – Hyundai company can launch facelift models of its popular cars Exeter and Verna this year. Apart from this, a new crossover car Bayonne may also arrive by the end of the year.
Next year (2027) – The new model of Creta Electric (EV) may arrive next year. It is expected to get new design and better range. Along with this, the company will also bring a new affordable electric SUV which can be like Inster EV sold in other countries.
Hybrid cars – The company is going to launch 8 new hybrid vehicles in India by the year 2030, most of which will be SUVs.

On this occasion, Hyundai India MD and CEO Tarun Garg said that this success is the result of customer trust and hard work of the company. Record breaking sales in India as well as increasing demand for Hyundai abroad prove that the brand is gaining ground.
