After 10 children got food poisoning after having breakfast at Shivshakti restaurant at Somnath Mahadev, Somnath Trust sealed the restaurant and took strict action.
Somnath Food Poisoning: 10 children of a family from Jaipur, Rajasthan were affected by food poisoning after having breakfast at the Shivshakti restaurant located in Haat Bazaar area of the legendary pilgrimage site Somnath Mahadev. After this incident, the health of 10 children deteriorated and they were immediately admitted to the treatment center. Then action was taken in this matter.

Somnath Trust sealed the restaurant
As soon as this incident was brought to the notice of the administration of Somnath Trust, exemplary action was taken promptly by adopting a zero tolerance policy against this gross negligence regarding the health of the pilgrims. In a strict action by the trust, the shopkeepers responsible for serving poor quality food have been served notices and their shops have been sealed with immediate effect last night.
