Two years ago today, the accused took the victim to Kumbhalgarh in Rajasthan. Wherever he took personal photographs of himself without the victim’s knowledge. He used to send these photos to the victim’s family members including her husband and make them go viral and by threatening to kill her father, he forced her to have physical relations.

Meanwhile, the accused had sent the photographs of both the private moments to the friend of the victim’s husband. From where the photos of both reached her husband. Eventually the victim, encouraged by her husband, filed a complaint at the Isanpur police station. At present, the police have registered a crime under the sections of misdemeanor, threatening, and have taken further legal action to jail Jai Patel.
