Jagran correspondent, Hardoi. Health systems are now becoming hi-tech in the Medical College Hospital. Till now the patients coming to the hospital for treatment had to wander for help. Keeping in view the problems of the patients, the hospital administration has implemented the Hospital Management Information System. Under this, arrangements from admission to discharge of patients have been made online.

Doctors from the same departments will admit the patients after seeing them. Beds will be made available to patients online on the basis of numbers in the wards. With the introduction of the new system, especially this summer, the attendants in the hospital will be relieved from wandering for beds.

The Medical College Hospital is now being equipped with modern facilities. In the first phase, prescription management and pathology services were made online. To provide better facilities to the patients, the hospital administration has implemented Hospital Management Information System.

Under this, the admission system of patients in the hospital has now been made online. Earlier, patients had to come to the emergency room to be admitted to the hospital. On an average, 30 to 40 patients are admitted to emergency every day.

Doctors had to face problems due to the large crowd of patients in the emergency room. After admission, patients and attendants used to wander around carrying beds. If the patient is eligible for admission then he will be admitted after registering online with the department. Beds will be provided on the basis of numbers in the ward. E-discharge facility will also be available after leave.
