We all have seen yoga done on land, but balancing the body while on the surface of water is a great art. Taking up this challenge, the women performed yoga with great precision and concentration. This special yoga session was organized under the guidance of city renowned yoga guru Rajesh Barot and advanced yoga instructor Supriya Bhavsar.
Women’s enthusiasm for yoga was also seen in water
Keeping their concentration intact even amidst the waves of water, the women performed various asanas. It mainly consisted of difficult mudras like Palvi Pranayama, One Leg Balancing, Hand Stand and Garudasana. The audience was also mesmerized to see this sadhana of women inside the pool.
