State Bureau, Lucknow. To resolve the technical problems faced by the tablets given to teachers of council primary schools, tablet service camps will be organized in all the districts from February 9.

These camps will be organized in the Block Education Officer (BEO) office of each district. The companies that have supplied the tablets will be responsible for troubleshooting in these camps.

All complaints related to tablet warranty and Mobile Device Management (MDM) will be resolved here. All district basic education officers have been instructed to cooperate fully in organizing the camp in their district.

Also, BEOs have been asked to compulsorily give this information to all the teachers, so that the teachers can reach the camp with their tablets on the scheduled date.

Director General School Education Monica Rani has given instructions that there should not be any negligence in repairing tablets and solving technical problems, so that teachers do not face any problem in digital work.
