Dialogue partner, Jagran Chandausi. There will be a hearing in the High Court on Monday i.e. today against the order of filing FIR against 20 policemen including the then ASP Anuj Chaudhary. Policemen are accused of shooting the youth in Sambhal violence.
In this case, the youth’s father Alam had filed a petition in the CJM court. On which CJM Vibhanshu Sudhir F.A.EOrders were given to register R. The policemen had reached the High Court against the order.

Let it be known that on November 19, violence took place during the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid. In which four people died. While many policemen including SP were injured in the violence. Alam, a resident of Mohalla Nai Basti of Sambhal, claimed that his son was shot by the police.
In this regard, he had filed a petition in the CJM court for action against twenty police personnel including ASP Anuj Chaudhary. Hearing on which CJM issued FA to Sambhal Police.EOrders were given to register an FIR, but the police did not register an FIR. Sambhal police took refuge in the High Court against the order. On which hearing is to be held on Monday i.e. today.
