Action will be taken against the death due to Manjha as murder and the local police administration will also be held responsible for this.
The Chief Minister has ordered to eliminate the entire illegal network by conducting a thorough investigation of wholesalers, online suppliers, transport channels and warehouses in all the districts. It has been said that not a single reel of Chinese Manjha should be sold or stored anywhere in the state. Special campaign will be run in the districts.
In every district, a nodal officer has been entrusted with the responsibility of intensive monitoring. Illegal sales through online platforms, internet media and informal channels will also be strictly monitored. Extensive awareness programs will be run in schools and colleges. Children and youth will be told that Chinese Manjha is deadly and completely banned. Kite sellers have been warned of strict action against selling Chinese Manjha.
