Jagran correspondent, Kanpur. The court has released Shivam Mishra, son of a tobacco businessman accused in the famous Lamborghini car accident in Kanpur, on a bond of Rs 20,000. ACJM 7 Amit Singh’s court has rejected the application to take tobacco businessman’s son Shivam Mishra into judicial custody. The court said that the police has wrongly arrested Shivam Mishra and brought him to court. The police had arrested him on Thursday morning for not taking notice and not cooperating in the investigation in the accident involving a Lamborghini car and brought him to court.
