Jagran Team, Lucknow. On Sunday, the second day of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), five solvers who were appearing in place of others were arrested in Varanasi, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Mau and Prayagraj.
Sister-in-law Archana Yadav was caught while giving the eligibility test in place of her sister-in-law Manju Devi, a resident of Azamgarh, in the CTET examination at Subhash Chandra Mahavidyalaya, Varanasi.
During the first shift examination at Amrit Public School, Sahadatpura, Mau, the candidate Sushil Kumar Verma, a resident of Ballia, was found appearing in the examination on the basis of forged documents instead of Sona Samrat Maurya of Ballia.
Kumari Gautam was caught from Prakash Global Examination Center in Jaunpur. Kumari Gautam of Pratapgarh was appearing for the exam in place of Neelam Yadav, resident of Jaunpur. In place of Jeet Yadav in New Shah Faiz Public School, Ghazipur, Patna resident Ankit Kumar Singh was arrested by the police and sent to jail.
Sanjay Kumar, a resident of Kaushambi, was caught appearing in the exam in place of Umesh Kumar, a candidate from Pratapgarh, in Pt. Nagesh Dutt Public School in Ajhara located in Lalganj tehsil area of Pratapgarh. Both are friends.
