State Bureau, Lucknow. SP National President Akhilesh Yadav on Monday again reiterated the allegation of BJP leaders getting the names of legitimate voters deleted in the Special Intensive Review (SIR). The SP chief said that the BJP fraudsters are busy in reducing the votes of the voters of PDA community, especially the minority community, by printing Form-7 on their own and making fake signatures. He has also demanded the court to take cognizance of this.

SP has been making such complaints continuously for many days. In the statement issued by the party on Monday, the SP chief said that everyone knows this except the Election Commission. The rigging is not stopping despite our repeated appeals. Misuse of Form-7 is a big crime. It may not happen that someone clears his name by using Form 7 to warn the Chief Election Commissioner.

He said that an FIR will be lodged against anyone who commits the crime of deleting names from the voter list. All PDA guards should unite and file an FIR or contact the party office for legal help. He also appealed to the media to expose such cases.

On Monday, the party gave a memorandum to Chief Electoral Officer Navdeep Rinwa complaining about fraudulent submission of Form 7. It has been mentioned that this was done in Lucknow, Mirzapur, Kanpur Dehat, Sonbhadra, Sitapur, Amethi and Mathura.
