Vaibhav Suryavanshi played an inning of 175 runs
Indian captain Ayush Mhatre won the toss and decided to bat first at Harare Sports Club. Team India lost the wicket of Aaron George (9) at the score of 20. From here, Vaibhav Suryavanshi along with captain Mhatre scored 142 runs in 90 balls for the second wicket and took the team to the score of 162. Mhatre was out after scoring 53 runs in 51 balls with 2 sixes and 7 fours. Vaibhav Suryavanshi continued his explosive batting. He scored a century in just 55 balls. He was out after playing an innings of 175 runs. He hit 15 sixes along with 15 fours. This is the biggest innings of any batsman in the final of the Under-19 World Cup. Along with this, he also completed his 100 sixes in Youth ODI. Vaibhav is the first cricketer in the world to do so.
Kanishk Chauhan finished the innings
The Indian team had lost 5 wickets for 308 runs. From here Abhigyan Kundu made a partnership of 51 runs with RS Ambrish. Abhigyan Kundu was out after scoring 40 runs in 31 balls with 1 six and 6 fours, while Ambrish contributed 18 runs to the team’s account. England showed explosive form

Caleb Faulkner scored a century
England’s defeat was confirmed after 7 wickets fell for 177 runs. But Caleb Faulkner continued his explosive batting. He completed his fifty in 26 balls. James Minto supported him by scoring 28 runs in 41 balls. There was a partnership of 92 runs between the two. Ambrish broke this partnership by dismissing Minto. Manny Mumsden could score only 3 runs but Falconer continued his explosive batting. He completed his century in 63 balls. Kanishk Chauhan made India the champion by taking the wicket of Faulkner in the 41st over. He scored 115 runs in 67 balls with the help of 9 fours and 7 sixes. RS Ambrish took three wickets while Deepesh and Kanishk took 2-2 wickets.
