3 players who played cricket for India-Pakistan

1) Amir Ilahi- Amir Ilahi played a total of 6 test matches in his career. Ilahi made his debut for India in 1947 in Sydney. However, after this he played 5 Tests for Pakistan between 1952–53. Overall, Amir has taken 520 wickets in domestic and international cricket.2) Abdul Hafeez Kardar- Abdul Hafeez Kardar is known as the Father of Pakistan Cricket. Kardar had played 3 Tests for India before playing cricket for Pakistan. Abdul Hafeez Kardar became the captain of Pakistan in 1952 and made his debut against India. He has played 23 tests for Pakistan. He has scored 927 runs in 26 tests with the help of 5 fifties. In first class cricket, he has 6832 runs in 174 matches.

3) Gul Mohammad- Gul Mohammad’s name is also included among those three players who have played cricket for both India and Pakistan. Gul played 8 Tests for India between 1946 and 1955. He played his only Test match for Pakistan in 1956 against Australia in Karachi. He had scored 205 runs in 9 tests. He had scored 5614 runs in 118 matches in first class cricket.
