Entry into Jasprit Bumrah’s team
A big change has also been seen in the bowling department, where the team’s main fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has returned to the playing 11. Bumrah was rested in the last match, but has been included in the team in place of Mohammad Siraj to give him match practice before the high-voltage match against Pakistan. However, Siraj performed brilliantly against USA and took 3 wickets. With the return of Bumrah, the Indian attack looks even more lethal.
Team India’s batsmen will be under watch
In the last match against USA, Indian batsmen had to struggle a lot on a challenging pitch. Although India was successful in winning that match, the failure of the top order raised some questions. Now at Delhi’s Feroz Shah Kotla ground, which is known for its flat and batting-friendly pitch, the Indian team will try to score a big score. Especially for Sanju Samson and middle-order batsmen, this is the right platform to prove themselves.
Face Pakistan in the next match
This match is technically like a practice match for India, because there is a big match against Pakistan on 15th February. Captain Suryakumar Yadav and coach Gautam Gambhir want to finalize their best playing-11 and combinations through this match.
