New Delhi: Why did they refuse to shake hands in the Asia Cup, the Pakistanis have crossed all limits. There was a lot of drama in the first Asia Cup. Then Mohsin Naqvi did not hand over the trophy to India after winning the Asia Cup and now he is leading Bangladesh with a gun on his shoulder in the T20 World Cup. Actually, Pakistan has refused to play the match with India in the T20 World Cup.

This match is going to be held in Sri Lanka on 15th February. Pakistan has said that they will boycott this match. However, he did not give the reason behind this. But, the way things are going on. Looking at him, it is clear that he has taken this step in support of Bangladesh. Now former Pakistan cricketer Rashid Latif has given a big statement on this entire matter. He has said that ICC is nervous.

What did Rashid Latif say about ICC?

Rashid Latif, while talking to Hindustan Times Digital, said, ‘I think he had taken this decision last week itself. Timing is very important. Knowingly he delayed the announcement. The T20 World Cup is just a week away. The political scenario has completely changed in Southeast Asia.

He further said, ‘The ICC did not handle the Bangladesh issue well. There were double standards. In such a situation, Pakistan decided to boycott the match against India. We all know that the decision was not taken by the PCB. The government has taken this. Let’s see how things turn out, only time will tell.

Rashid Latif further said, ‘Normally, ICC does not react so quickly. The office remains closed on Sundays and if the office has been opened specifically to issue the statement, it shows that the ICC is nervous. ICC will suffer loss. You have to understand that PCB has not attacked BCCI or India. He has directly attacked ICC. The money Pakistan takes from ICC is like salt in flour. Pakistan is not valued in ICC, everyone knows.
