But after this new update, instead of showing one big block of text for the entire post, the exact caption will change according to the slide screen.

According to Instagram head Adam Mosseri and the platform’s official creators account, using the feature is very easy: users first have to select more than one photo or video to create a carousel post. Then go to the caption field and enable the Multiple Captions option. Instagram will allow writing different captions for each different slide as soon as this option is launched.
