Ahmedabad Vadaj Junction Flyover: The work of the flyover bridge under construction at Wadaj Junction in the western zone of Ahmedabad city has been accelerated. Work on the bridge from Wadge Junction to Gandhi Ashram is currently going on at a brisk pace, and one more phase is going to be completed soon.

41 meter long girder launching operation

As per the information provided by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), the important work of girder launching between P-G-1 to GP-3 for 41.00 m long span as part of construction of Wadge Junction Flyover Bridge has been started from July 3 night. This work is targeted to be completed by the night of July 5.

Transportation-Planning for traffic management

The system has been specially planned keeping in mind the convenience of the citizens and motorists. It may be mentioned here that this operation of girder launching will be carried out only during the night by closing one side of the road. As a result of this, movement and traffic will continue as usual during the day, so that people do not face any kind of inconvenience.

Planning to complete the project in the stipulated time

The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation said that all necessary technical arrangements have been made to complete the construction of the flyover bridge in a speedy and orderly manner. With the completion of this girder launching work as per schedule, another phase will be completed in the construction of Wadge Junction Flyover Bridge. After which the work will get more momentum to complete the project within the stipulated time frame.
