The injured driver, along with others, are currently admitted to the Civil Hospital for treatment in the accident that occurred on the road from Ajit Mill Bridge to Garibnagar in Rakhiyal area.
Ahmedabad Rakhial Car Accident: A traffic accident took place in Rakhiyal area of Ahmedabad city on Monday night. The driver was suddenly pulled over by a moving car on the road coming from Ajit Mill Bridge towards Garibnagar. After which the driver lost control of the steering and hit several vehicles. A girl died on the spot in this accident, while 6 others were seriously injured.
Wife and son were also in the car
According to the information received from the police, 40-year-old Mayankkumar Deepakbhai Patel, a resident of Shraddha Bungalow on Virat Nagar Road, Odhav, was passing by with his white colored Tata Harrier car. His wife Dimpleben and son Karma were also riding in this car. At around 9:40 pm while descending the Ajit Mill Bridge, driver Mayank Kumar suffered a sudden seizure due to which he completely lost control of the vehicle.

The car rammed the vehicles and rammed into the shop
The car, which went out of control near Garibnagar Char Road, first collided with an autorickshaw, then hit three Activas and a bike rider who were passing on the road. After which this car rammed into a nearby shop crushing people. As soon as this incident occurred, there was a stampede in the area and a crowd of more than 500 people gathered to watch.

Injured under treatment, police investigation started
H Division Traffic PI H. V. Giving official information in this matter, Dhandukia said that all the injured and driver Mayank Kumar Patel have been shifted to Civil Hospital for immediate treatment. As the health of the car driver is fragile, his statement could not be taken at present.
On the other hand, seeing the seriousness of the incident, a large police convoy including MLA Dinesh Kushwaha along with 2 ACP and PI rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control. The traffic police has registered a case in this regard and is conducting further investigation. It is to be noted that a speed breaker has been planned to be constructed under the ongoing traffic improvement works near Garibnagar Char Road.
