In the title match, after scoring 411 runs, Team India restricted England to 311 runs and won the match by 100 runs.

BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia said, the Indian team winning the Under-19 Men’s Cricket World Cup in Zimbabwe and Namibia will be given a cash award of Rs 7.5 crore. In the final match played at Harare Sports Club, India scored 411 runs losing 9 wickets on the basis of Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s stormy innings. Suryavanshi played an inning of 175 runs in 80 balls with 15 fours and as many sixes, while captain Ayush Mhatre added 53 runs in 51 balls.

In response, the England team was reduced to just 311 runs in 40.2 overs. For this team, Caleb Falconer scored 115 runs in 67 balls with 7 sixes and 9 fours, while Ben Dawkins contributed 66 runs to the team’s account, but could not save England from a shameful defeat.
