BPSC TRE-4 Latest News: There may be a big change in the fourth phase of Bihar teacher recruitment (BPSC TRE-4). It is believed that this time Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) may implement ‘One Candidate-One Result’ system in teacher recruitment, about which there is a lot of discussion. If the Commission implements this system, thousands of youth will get a chance to get government jobs.

What is One Candidate-One Result System?

One Candidate-One Result System means release of result of one candidate for a single post. That is, through a government recruitment examination, a candidate can get selected on only one post instead of different posts. Even if he is eligible for multiple levels (primary, middle or secondary). In the current recruitment process, a candidate can make a place in multiple merit lists. However, its official confirmation is yet to be received from BPSC or Bihar Government or Education Department.

What will happen with One Candidate-One Result system?

If this system is implemented then thousands of youth will get a chance to get government jobs. Because the duplicate selection system will be stopped and other eligible candidates can be selected on the vacant seats. This will directly increase the pool of eligible candidates, more posts will be filled and the practice of capturing seats will stop. Candidates who were earlier left out of the recruitment process will also get a chance. The recruitment process will be in a more transparent and fair manner. However, this will not have any impact on the exam pattern.

Where can the matter get stuck?

There is a strong discussion about the implementation of One Candidate-One Result system in the fourth phase of BPSC Teacher Recruitment Exam. The state government can also implement this new system of recruitment under Article 14 (right to equality) and Article 16 (equal opportunities in public employment) of the Constitution. But this matter may also get stuck. If the Commission implements One Candidate-One Result after issuing the BPSC TRE-4 notification, then the matter can also go to court. Candidates who were eliminated in the first, second and third phase can also raise questions on this. Because any change or update in the recruitment process is done before the release of the notification. At present the Commission has not issued the notification, hence it has the right to consider the new method of recruitment before the notification.
