Union Labor and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has presented an amendment to the Industrial Relations Code 2020 in Parliament. He said in the Lok Sabha that the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 was passed by the Parliament on September 28, 2020. Before the coming into force of this Code, the Trade Union Act, 1926; Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946; And the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 were in effect. This new code was brought in an integrated form by incorporating these three old laws.
