Vinfast sold a total of 432 electric cars in January 2026. Vinfast’s electric SUVs like VF6 and VF7 are being liked by the people and this year the company will launch more electric cars.

Hyundai’s electric car sales declined

Hyundai Motor India is not able to do anything special in the electric car segment and sold only 326 units in January last. There has been a decline of two percent in the sales of Hyundai’s electric cars, as 331 units were sold in January 2025.

Demand for BMW’s electric cars increased

Last January, BMW India sold a total of 312 electric cars in the Indian market. This figure is an annual increase of 61 percent, as 194 units were sold in January 2025.

Kia car sales increased by 500 percent

Kia India sold a total of 306 cars in the Indian market last January and this figure is an annual increase of 500 percent as compared to 51 units sold a year ago, i.e. in January 2025.

BYD car sales decline
