Register online first

This facility has started on 9 February 2026 at 10 am. Keep in mind that only 50,000 invoices can be downloaded per day and there is a limit of 2,00,000 invoices overall.

The most important thing to be mentioned here is that after downloading the challan, you will have to do online registration. For this you will have to go to Delhi Traffic Police website or Delhi State Legal Service Authority Lok Adalat portal. After registration, you will get a token number, which will be sent by email or phone. You must keep one thing in mind that bring the printout of the challan or notice with you to the Lok Adalat. Also bring along all your original vehicle documents including RC, driving license, insurance and pollution certificate.
