GLS University organized ‘The Entrepreneurial Blueprint’ program to develop entrepreneurship among students, wherein OMC Power Chairman Sushil Kumar Jivarajaka shared industry experiences. He inspired the students by emphasizing the importance of turning challenges into opportunities and continuous learning.
Entrepreneurial Blueprint: GLS University successfully organized The Entrepreneurial Blueprint, an exclusive dialogue program to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship, leadership and innovation among students. Eminent industrialist Sushil Kumar Jivarajaka, Chairman, OMC Power was present as the keynote speaker in the event.
A large number of students and faculty members participated in the program where there was a rich exchange of real experiences and ideas related to entrepreneurship and business leadership. Sharing his business experiences, Jivarajaka highlighted the challenges faced during setting up and growing an industry, the need for strategic decision-making and the importance of keeping pace with the ever-changing global economy.
He emphasized the qualities required for successful entrepreneurship such as tenacity, a spirit of continuous learning, innovative thinking and the ability to transform challenges into opportunities. His address inspired the students to go beyond traditional career ideas to solve problems, develop leadership and adopt a mindset based on value creation.
The entire semester proved to be a rich educational experience for the students, exposing them to honest views of the industry and inspiring them to dream and realize bigger dreams for the future.
