Plasma adulteration scam in Changodar, strict action against culprits: Health Minister
The state government and the health department have taken the scam of adulteration and manipulation of plasma in Changodar area of Ahmedabad district very seriously. In this regard, Health Minister Praful Pansheriya said that any person or entity who tampers with the health of patients will not be spared and strict legal action will be taken against the culprits.

Crackdown on begging in Ahmedabad: 34 places raided
The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Police and Social Security Department on Tuesday launched a major anti-begging campaign by raiding more than 34 hotspots in the western zone of the city. During this joint operation, 52 adult beggars have been detained and sent to almshouses in Odhav and Dabhoda on the orders of the court. Ahmedabad: Fire safety notice to 17 tuition classes, one institution sealed

Gujarat Police on high alert for Moharram: Tight security deployed at 919 sensitive places
State police chief G. S. Malik has held a meeting with all police commissioners and district heads and ordered strict security to maintain peace and law and order during Muharram. The police have identified 919 sensitive spots across the state, where extra vigilance and intensive foot patrolling with SRPF companies will be carried out. Drones, CCTV and body-worn cameras will be used for security, along with strict monitoring against elements spreading rumors on social media.
