Kheda: An accident between a dumper and a car has come to light in front of Chipadi bus station in Kathalal of Kheda district. In which the car coming behind the dumper standing in the middle of the road rammed into it. In this accident, the couple in the car died on the spot. While after the accident, the driver has fled from the scene with the dumper.

According to the details received in this regard, Vinod Kumar Shukla (62), a cutlery trader living in Rajasthan’s Rajasamand, was suffering from cholesterol and thyroid problems, so he along with his wife Ramilaben (57) left for treatment at Sterling Hospital in Ahmedabad in a Swift car.
Around 9:30 am, Vinodkumar’s car was passing near Chhipdi village of Kathlal taluka on the Ahmedabad-Indore highway. At this time, his car rammed behind a dumper standing in the middle of the highway without a parking light or barrier. As a result, the car got stuck in half of the dumper and its front bumper was twisted.
Hearing the sound of a car with a dumper, the surrounding people immediately rushed to the spot. After which, with the help of 108, the couple in the car was shifted to Kathlal Community Health Center for treatment. Where the doctors on duty declared both dead.
After the doctor of the hospital informed her son living in Rajasthan about the accident from the mobile phone of the deceased woman, he reached the hospital in Kathlal along with the family. On the other hand, after causing the accident, the dumper driver fled from the spot with the vehicle.
At present, based on the complaint of the son of the deceased couple, the Kathlal police have registered a case of accident and launched an investigation to trace the driver of the dumper who absconded.
