A lover living in a live-in relationship brutally killed his girlfriend with a hammer in a quarrel over a trivial matter like the use of a mobile phone, causing a stir in the entire parish.
There was a clash over the use of mobile phones while eating
According to the details received in this regard, 24-year-old Jagdish alias Jaggo Ramesh Rathore and 30-year-old Renuka Rathore were living together in a live-in relationship for the past four months in a society behind Taxila School in Nawa Borbhatha village. Meanwhile, a heated argument took place between the two regarding the use of mobile phones while eating. This simple conflict escalated to such an extent that Jagadish became mad with anger.

Jagdish fatally attacked Renuka with a hammer lying in the house as the murder dawned on him. The attack took place in the presence of Renuka’s family. Deceased Renuka had two children from her previous marriage, who lived with her. The children and Renuka’s mother are in shock after this bloody incident happened in front of the mother.
Renuka suffered serious injuries on her face and other parts of her body due to hammer injuries and was immediately shifted to Gadkhol PHC in a bloody condition. From where he was referred to Surat Civil Hospital due to more serious condition, but tragically died during treatment.
As soon as the incident was reported, the Ankleshwar police fleet immediately rushed to the spot. The police took swift action and within a matter of hours, the accused Jagdish alias Jaggo Ramesh Rathore was arrested and put behind bars. The police have taken possession of the body of the deceased and conducted a post-mortem and registered a case of murder and are conducting further investigation into the matter. This incident has spread a sense of mourning in the area.
