Examination from March 6, there will be 3 shifts a day
official notice As per, CUET PG exam will start from March 6, 2026. The examination will be conducted in two and three shifts each day. The first shift will be from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, the second shift will be from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm and the third shift will be from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. CUET PG Exam Will take place on multiple dates. These include the dates of 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26 March and 27 March 2026. NTA has released the subject wise detailed date sheet, and candidates are advised to check their subject code and exam shift carefully before making final preparations.
CUET PG 2026 Schedule Subject Wise
On the first day of CUET PG exam, the paper will be of Yoga subject in the first shift. In Shift 2, there will be examination of Sports, Physiology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Biomechanics, Sanskrit, Urdu and Textile Design. Check CUET PG 2026 schedule subject wise here-
More than 4 lakh candidates for 157 subjects
This examination includes 157 subjects and this time around 4.11 lakh candidates have registered. The paper will be in English and Hindi. However, some papers will be in different languages, like- MTech And science related papers will be in English only. Acharya and Hindu Studies papers will be in Sanskrit and Hindi-English.
Exam will be held in CBT, shift of 90 minutes
CUET PG 2026 exam will be Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. This examination will be conducted in 44 shifts and the duration of each shift will be 90 minutes. Students have to prepare for the exam as per their shift and date. City Intimation Slip of the candidates will be available on the NTA website about 10 days before the examination.
