What is the qualification required for Court Stenographer, Clerk?
- clerk: Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or equivalent degree from a recognized university. The candidate must have studied Punjabi as a subject till 10th class. Also have knowledge of computer operations.
- Stenographer: Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree or equivalent degree from a recognized university. Candidate must have passed English Shorthand 80 WPM Dictation. Similarly, transcribe will have to be done at a speed of 20 WPM. Have good knowledge of computer. Must be able to work on word processing and spread sheets.
