The world’s biggest companies related to Artificial Intelligence are going to participate in the India AI Impact Summit 2026. Director General of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Arvind Kumar said that more than 100 countries have confirmed participation in this five-day event, in which ministerial level delegations from 50 countries will also participate.
400 companies will be included
400 big companies will participate in the AI Impact Summit. Big tech companies like Nvidia, Google and OpenAI will also be present in the summit. He said that top officials of these companies have also confirmed their participation in the program and they will hold meetings with Indian companies.
The event will be held from 16 to 20 February
The summit will be organized between 16 to 20 February. Its preparations were started immediately after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced to organize the next AI summit in India. Kumar said that almost all the major technology companies of the country are participating in it. Many government ministries and departments will also participate in it.
Expo will be held in 75,000 square meters
AI Summit will be organized in a grand manner. For this, approximately 75,000 square meter area has been reserved in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The objective of the event is to bring people associated with the AI ecosystem on one platform and connect them. During this time, Indian innovators will also get a chance to showcase their technology and capabilities.
Special sessions will be organized at the expo to connect startups and investors. Around 700 sessions are planned to be organized on AI and its impact over the course of five days.
The vision rests on three pillars
This entire summit focuses on three main pillars – People, Planet and Progress. It will mainly focus on employment opportunities, skill development, environment-friendly AI and economic development. Representatives from the Global North and Global South will also present new proposals for the safe use of AI and shared infrastructure.
These groups will present concrete proposals, which will include AI commons, trusted AI tools, shared compute infrastructure and documents related to the use of AI in various sectors.
