Government defense company Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has recorded strong financial performance in the third quarter (December quarter) of FY 2025-26. According to the company, its net profit (PAT) increased by 29.6 percent year-on-year to Rs 1,866.66 crore in the quarter. Whereas in the same quarter of the last financial year it was Rs 1,439.79 crore.
The company has also achieved good growth on the revenue front. Income from operations increased by 10.65 per cent to Rs 7,698.80 crore from Rs 6,957.31 crore in the year-ago quarter. At the same time, the total income of the company increased to Rs 8,612.60 crore, which was Rs 7,588.71 crore in the same period last year.
The company declared its dividend
HAL has declared its first interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company said in the information given to the stock market that the board of directors has approved an interim dividend of Rs 35 on each fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs 5. This dividend is 700 percent of the face value. The company said that this decision was taken in the board meeting and it will be paid to the eligible shareholders as per rules.
