What is the qualification required for Mumbai Metro job?
Different qualifications have been sought for all posts.
- General Manager (Rolling Stock) (E8): The maximum age will be valid till 55 years. Candidates must have completed full time Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized institute. With IRSEE SAG/NF-SAG/IRSEE or 18 years of work experience in related field. This recruitment is being done on deputation basis.
- Assistant General Manager (PST) Grade (E4): Maximum age 40 years. Candidates should also have a degree in Electrical Engineering. Apart from this, it is also necessary to have experience of 7 or 10 years.
- Deputy Engineer (Civil) Grade (E2): Full time civil engineering degree with 4 years of experience as a senior supervisor. Candidates currently working on junior scale post with 2 years of experience can also apply. The maximum age of the candidates should be up to 35 years.
- Deputy Engineer (S&T) (E2): Must have full time BE/B.Tech degree or Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Along with this, 5-6 years of experience has also been sought.
- Junior Engineer-II (S&T): Full time B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering degree. 8-9 years of experience is also required. The age of the candidates will be valid up to 35 years.
- Assistant (IT)-I (W5): Full time BE (IT or Computer Science Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication) or Full time Graduation B.Sc.(IT/Computer)/BC A or equivalent qualification. The candidate should also have knowledge of Hardware/Software/Networking/IT Literacy. Candidates who have worked in IT field for 02 years along with graduation can also apply.
